Improved SFTP/SCP file transfer error handling.
Pressing ESC key no longer closes docking panes (ex. Address Book) except for Line Sender. If you want to close a docking pane via keyboard, press its keyboard shortcut or the globally available close window shortcut CTRL+F4. For example, if you want to close Address Book pane, press its keyboard shortcut ALT+A or CTRL+F4.
Fixes user interface inconsistencies and unexpected behavior.
